She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Azim Premji University and a bachelor's background in food and chemical technology along with a diploma in food technology. With experience as Co-Founder of the Sankalp Education Foundation and contributions to Amhi Amchya Arogyasathi in Gadchiroli, she built an expertise in project development and management, nutrition and public health, public relations, and leadership. Proficient in tools like MS Office, R-Studio, Qualcoder, Nvivo, Jamovi and Canva. Her vision is to advance public health and empower backward communities holistically while promoting quality and higher education for underprivileged students.

Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work and having completed the prestigious Gandhi Fellowship, she currently serves as a Program Manager under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra.
